A +200 year picturesque old cottage fully renovated with everything needed for a vacation, since this also my home. There is a closed off yard for dining, relaxing and having drinks and a small flower garden next to it. I have a separate room for office where there is also a pull-out chair that can be used for a third person if needed. I have a dog (which will not be there) so it's dog friendly home.

Une petite maison traditionnelle rénovée très bien décorée et confortable. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Les transports en commun à proximité vous emmènent au centre ville en 30/40 min. Un endroit parfait pour se reposer du tumulte de la ville.
Charmantes Häuschen mit liebevoller Einrichtung in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem stadtnah.
Haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder.

It's located in a small village in the town, which has very old houses, very enjoyable to take a little walk. It's across the street from a lovely small forest where people enjoy running, biking, talking walks and taking the dogs for a walk.
There is a 10-15 min walk to the train station where the train will take you directly into the center of the city for all the sights, restaurants and bars.
There also supermarkets 10-15 walk away where you can get everything you need for the dinning in.
There is a few restaurants and bars close by as well.
A 10-minute drive will take you to the closest beach.
There is a private parking spot next to the house.
