Our duplex features two fully furnished units, each with its own private entrance, living space, and kitchen. Both units are thoughtfully designed and decorated to provide you with the comfort and convenience you need during your stay. Property managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management The first floor unit includes Two bedrooms with king size beds. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The second floor unit includes two bedrooms with king beds and a spacious living room with a sofa sleeper for 1. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

Lance is always a great host! Our team stayed here during a recent work trip to KC. We had both the upper and lower units so it was perfect for 4 adults. The place was spotless and it looked just as the pictures showed. The decor is really stylish and everyone reported beds were "oh so comfortable" too! All the listed amenities were provided and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. The check-in and out process went smoothly. Lance and Shae were super helpful during our stay and they were always quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was stocked with the basics to cook and having a washer/dryer in the upper unit was a plus! Definitely recommend this place!
