Beautiful apartment. Great layout. Good location. Excellent for family with little kids with playground across the street. Friendly neighbors. Kitchen only has a small fridge and no freezer, that’s the only downfall if you decide to stay longer. I would highly recommend this place and we will stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! It is nicely situated in a calm neighborhood close to a beautiful park and with good connections to the city center. Although the apartment is not advertised for kids we stayed there with our two boys (2 y/o and 7 m/o) for 1½ month without major challenges. Hans and Anneke were exceptional hosts! Attentive to our needs, flexible and quick to respond to any questions we had. They were also excellent guides for what to see in Leuven, where to shop, where to eat and where to find the best Belgian beers and chocolate. We followed their advice with great success 😊

Hans & Anneke zijn de perfecte gastheer/vrouw ! altijd goede communicatie, steeds bereid te helpen, zelfs in de nacht! deze airbnb was 10/10, perfect, maar dat kan niet anders met het tof koppel die dit verhuren ! zeker de moeite waard om te boeken! rustige buurt met alles kortbij, snel in Leuven stad. super leuke buurt om met kindjes te gaan ! en super lieve buren :) zeker een aanrader ! 10☆ van ons !

We had a great time at Hans' place. The communication is perfect and the hosts are very helpful. The place is perfect for a family to stay for a few weeks and more. The bikes that Hans provides are life savers.
