Overall this home is a great place to stay at. It’s plenty big for large groups. Has a great surrounding and great space for entertaining. A couple points they could improve on - I paid extra for the pool to be heated, the pool and spa never really heated up. They were nice enough to refund me for that cost. So can’t complain too much other than we couldn’t use the pool as much as I wanted to due it being very cold. - For such a nice home I found the beds to be mediocre quality. They definitely could use an upgrade on those. - Last thing is due the home being managed by a 3rd party. It makes it’s difficult to get a hold of the owner or who ever is in charge. It’s confusing as there’s 3 or 4 people involved but once they give you their number it’s easy to reach them by text. Just a little different than other places. Agin overall I don’t want to sound negative as it is a nice home. I would recommend staying there for sure.

First off, this house is amazing! The house was in great shape and clean as can be. The floor plan is set up well for big groups, and with plenty of bedrooms and space. The location is awesome, there is a private airfield built into the neighborhood which was a sight to see! With a heads up from the awesome neighbors we were able to watch the SpaceX launch out of CA Saturday night from the rooftop patio. The outdoor pool/kitchen area is top notch, we spent most of our time there, couches, fire pit, grill, TV, cornhole, etc. Booking thru AirBnB we didn't know about the following and it is the only reason this property gets 4 stars instead of 5: 1) You have to pay extra for a "pool heating fee" 2) You have to ask for the hot tub and water slide to be turned on 3) The toilet paper is jailhouse quality, literally see through single ply 4) The local house contact is different than EVOLVE who is different than the home owner. 5) Not a single trash bag in the place and very limited cookware

We paid for early check-in, but one of the owners wasn't aware and was on site upon arrival. Pool was clean and maintained while we stayed. Heated to 80 degrees. The "hot tub" only heated to 90 degrees. Owners were very responsive when we requested slide and jets be turned on and off. Couldn't get house and pool area speakers working. Lots of towels and bedding available. Keurig and regular coffee machine available. My GPS had no problem finding the house, but we had several Ubers cancel because they couldn't find the house. Not much in walking distance, but beautiful views! Bring your own toilet paper. The TP there is half ply at best (you could see through it). Very nice destination for large groups!

the place was great, the only complaint was the weather! they were able to get the pool heated, and we were able to enjoy the last 2 days with very warm water. they always answered any requests and were great hosts.
