Excellent location in uptown Phoenix. During my stay I traveled throughout the area and found that if I avoided 'rush hour', I was able to arrive to almost any destination within the immediate Phoenix area within 30 minutes. This high rise condo had great views of the city from the balcony. This was my first Airbnb experience so I was not aware of what to expect. The amenities, location, and responsiveness from Emir all were great.

Amazing amazing amazing! Emir’s place is amazing and I would stay there again and again! It’s close to everything and you have the best view of downtown Phoenix and mountains behind. Walking distance to yummy restaurants. His place is the reason my trip was perfect. Thank you Emir!!!

Emirs place is great!! The biggest selling point by far is the amazing view, which is even better than it looks in the pictures, but even outside of that everything was wonderful. Fridge was stocked with water which is great for the hot arizona weather, place was clean and the perfect size for 1-2 residents. Building staff was courteous and helpful, and being right on top of a light rail station is extremely coinvient if you are staying without a vechicle. Overall I could not be happier with my stay and the skyline view was certainly a highlight of the trip.

Emir was a wonderful host. Great communication, very accommodating and casual. His place has a view of Phoenix that's priceless. There's no permanent, large glass window separating you from nature (as there probably would be in high rise hotels). Open one of the large sliding doors to access the apartment's patio, and take in all of the beautiful scenery. From the patio, you can also see the pool area below. The apartment does lack adequate seating, but if you want to physically reminisce back to dorm life, the beanbags here are all you need. The California king mattress also sits low to the floor, however this wasn't an issue for me. Its comfort level and the linens used are both average at best. The apartment isn't modern by any means, as the building still shows signs of its past hotel-like life, but it certainly fits the bill for a single traveler. Parking is great (secured, three floor underground garage) and there's also plenty of extra street parking. The building has around the clock doormen/women, and you'll have a security key fob to gain access to the building. Also walking distance (literally takes two minutes or less after stepping outside) from one of Phoenix's best rated (by Yelp) casual bars/restaurants. Just for the view, I would not hesitate to stay here again. So I guess everything else is icing on the cake.

Having lived in Phoenix previously, I knew that Emir's apartment was in the heart of everything that is currently happening as it relates to the urbanization of the Phoenix central corridor. Food, entertainment, shopping, light-rail, etc... In addition, his South-facing unit, affords an amazing view of the city from the 17th floor of the recently updated, mid-century modern tower. The staff and other residents of the facility are some of the most pleasant people you will find in Phoenix. All-in-all, this has been my favorite Phoenix Airbnb out of the 10 I've stayed in.
