Birdforth Hall Cottages are fantastic with the added bonus of the heated indoor swimming pool and the hot tubs. We rented the Byre and the Mill House for a family reunion and it was just ideal for our large group. Very highly recommended and there are fantastic pubs/restaurants within 10 minutes drive.

Sue was a great host! The property consisted of two houses joined together to create one large, spacious abode. The pizza shack and pool were fantastic amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a great experience!

Excellent place to take four couples and all the kids (who said “this is the best holiday ever”), even with poor local weather. Lots to do! York and Thirsk are not far for days out and supplies. An all round winner!!! We will be back!
