房东很热情 房间也很干净整洁
It is a warm place to stay, even with pets.The owner solves any inconvenience as soon as possible. She is available almost all the time. If something escapes her, it is because she is not physically there .The environment is made by those who live in the place. I may suggest everyone who comes, to follow the rules, to be respectful of the shared space: air, land, etc. and please, do not take things that are in common use so that those who arrive later can count on them to use .(It's strange to say that, because we are supposed to be responsible people, but it seems necessary).
Amazing amenities and great location! Ludmila's place was way better than expected considering this is the first time I used AirBnB for a trip. The location is near main bus and subway lines, allowing to get almost anywhere in the greater Toronto area. As for the place itself, Ludmila's care and hospitality can be seen in how many amenities she has for her guests, from the different cooking accessories available to an umbrella in case of rain (which happens more than expected in Toronto during the summer). Although the ceiling felt a bit low for a tall person as the place is in a basement, I had no issues when it came to entering or leaving, and rarely hit my head. Other than that, this place was a gem!
Ludmila was super helpful and answered any questions I had during my stay -- even though she was out of town! The place is a cute little studio and I felt right at home there. It is located in the basement so you can hear your upstairs neighbors, but it didn't bother me at all. Thanks Ludmila!
It was a very nice place, the basement rooms are very loud, would suggest ear plugs if staying in one of those rooms. Responses from the host were usually quick. During check in, the communication could have been a little better. I was traveling with two cats and thought I was able to check in at anytime. I arrived early and was left waiting for a bit until I decided trying to go in and the house keeper told me it was okay to go down. Everything that was needed for a kitchen was there and more. She had some very nice touches as an umbrella and a mini heater, which is a very good touch in a basement unit. The shower, washing machine and dryer all worked really well. I enjoyed my stay. 威尔逊地铁站位于多伦多最快、最少入住的大学地铁线路上（火车座位随时可用） ；由于该地区没有高层建筑和通勤流入量较少，停靠点较少，乘客交通最少。 火车前往市中心（ 20分钟以上车程）、约克代尔购物中心（ 3分钟）、多伦多大学（ 18分钟）、卡萨洛马（ 13分钟） ；约克大学巴士接送（ 2分钟）。 周末和法定假日，威尔逊地铁站免费停车，工作日每天2-4加元。

I am familiar with housekeeping and cleanness standards since I used to work in healthcare and hospitality. I'm a good human and also an experienced traveler: I have visited/resided in 12 countries, gained lots of knowledge, and do not want to travel anymore. What my area offers (not a comprehensive list): Yorkdale Shopping Mall (in 5 mins driving or 1 subway stop) - the biggest shopping mall in Toronto and the fourth largest in Canada: brands, restaurants, currency exchange, cinema, cell phone service providers, beauty parlors, entertainment and other temptations. Budget quality foodstuff and necessities are available in No Frills (in 7 mins walk) - a huge budget store, prices there are 2-3 times lower than in other Toronto’s stores, especially in the downtown. TD bank branch is attached to No Frills and is open 7 days a week (free parking at No Frills); CIBC bank is near too. Wilson Ave / Bathurst Rd intersection is full of affordable ethnic eateries, bakeries, beauty parlors, clinics, pharmacies, various services; Starbucks & gas pump with Tim Hortons drinks. Costco & Home Depot. For night owls: big Metro grocery store is open 24/7. If thirsty or happy: a high-class award winner wine store Wine Kitz (429 Wilson Ave, 7 mins walk), a humble Beer Store at 322 Wilson Ave (2 mins walk), and LCBO at 675 Wilson Ave (25 mins walk or few mins by bus). Further, the district is reachable by a C$3.25 TTC bus ride from Pearson Airport (save $60+ for each trip) and it is near the fastest and least occupied University subway line - seats in trains are always available in contrast with other Toronto's railways where subway lines are longer, have more stops and are heavily occupied. Subway trains run quickly and directly to downtown (22 mins), U of T (18 mins), Casa Loma (13 mins), York University (2 mins + bus). Motorists need only 15 mins to reach Pearson Int'l Airport, 20+ mins to arrive to the downtown, and minutes to merge onto Highway 401, Allen Rd, Wilson Ave, Bathurst, Dufferin, Yonge Streets, and so on.
