Excellent location. Right off the Pinellas trail. Most places (restaurants, shops) within 18-22 minute walk. Path is walker and biker friendly. Tiny home was as pictured. Quiet area and great hosts. To note, laundry is coin operated and no change machine on site. Heated pool was not as warm as expected. Overall, lovely stay and highly recommended!

This tiny house was so cute and clean. We loved the Pinellas trail out the back to walk into the cutest town. There was lots to do in town and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly locals. The pool was great too. Outside was very clean too. I can’t wait until our next trip back!

The place was very cute and clean. The surprise came when you check in they send a legal document that states no guests allowed at the house. I come to Tampa all the time to visit friends. I usually stay at a hotel and they will come and go swimming and hang out with me and my son. So I didn't break any rules I asked if my friend and her two girls could come and go swimming. They said they were at max capacity and parking is limited. Which I didn't have a car so that wasn't the problem and I took photos everyday I was there and no one was at the pool. I decided well I'll just add 2 more people to the reservation so the girls can come hang out. It never once prompted a message saying I would be charged more for 2 more guests. I was charged immediately. When I asked for a refund they said they would refund me at the end of my stay. Had I known all these rules when I booked I would have booked at another airbnb or a hotel so the friends I was coming to see I could actually see.

Perfect spot for a girls trip! Dunedin is an awesome little town. This Airbnb location was right on the bike/walking path so it was super convenient to get to all the shops and restaurants.
