Check-in was flawless and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The smaller home which is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, was clean, newer, and in excellent condition--except for the master shower and the inability to control the water temperature. The main home, which is a log cabin, could have been fantastic but the propane tank was allowed to empty without refill. This meant that the downstairs had no heat whatsoever, and the gas fireplace did not work. The owner responded with two portable electric heaters but this was insufficient to heat the downstairs in January with overnight lows in the 30's and 40's. The upstairs was heated electrically. The recreation hall was useful and large enough for our family of 18 to eat together but the ovens are old and did not work so cooking had to be done in the log cabin then carried to the recreation hall where we could all eat. Also, one of the heaters in the recreation hall did not work so it was cold too.
