We recently stayed at Nathaniel’s place in Austin. I had a scheduled surgery and let him know when I booked the property. He made sure I had a projector in the bedroom for my recovery and had fresh produce delivered for our arrival. Even though it wasn’t a trip for pleasure we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend him as a host!

Wow! Best Airbnb thus far for me and I stay at Airbnbs all the time. Nathaniel’s place was so special ! What a great place to rest as I celebrated my 30th birthday. Parking was great, easy check in and instructions. I had everything I needed and more. The place was beautiful. THE MASTER BED WAS SO COMFY. I personally have several Tempur-pedic beds in my home- so I was so happy to see and rest in such a great bed. Lastly , my shower was wonderful and I even washed clothes. Thank you again! Truthfully, this place could use a little TLC; though it looked like the photos it’s more like the photos were taken initially before the house was “worn in.” There are stains on the pillow in living room. There’s scuffs and noticeable wear and tear in the 2nd bedroom. The towels we used once in the master bathroom smelled awful like they were left wet. We had a last minute additional guest and updated to 4 people (couple in one room and a person in each of the other rooms), they charged extra for this update and we asked for the day bed to be made; it wound up being an extremely cheap, spring mattress that was wildly uncomfortable. Kitchen was good and fully stocked. Master bed is super comfortable. Think this rental is suitable for 2 couples or two people looking for their own rooms. Street is nearby many restaurants (walking distance) and the neighborhood is peaceful.
