Make some beautiful memories at our unique & family-friendly house from 1916. It comes with a dreamy guest house & large private garden where you can enjoy lunches under the fruit trees or a candlelit dinner under the grape wines (patio with roof). It's 900m to Lomma South Beach & 1300m to the harbour & Lomma North Beach which is a large sandy beach with Windsurfing/Kite Surfing. House: 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room & 2 bathrooms Guesthouse: 2 beds but no running water, lmtd electricity Our house was built in 1916, with a charming old kitchen (everything works and it’s beautiful!). The living room is north facing and provides a calm space in hot sunny weather or a cozy space with a log fire in the winter and evenings. The veranda is also available as a third bedroom downstairs with a fold out bed (Vallentuna from IKEA). The upstairs bedrooms are large and spacious with three 120cm new IKEA beds in one bedroom and a 160cm bed in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a little dated but functional and completely fine, with a bath in the ground floor bathroom and shower upstairs. The loft is not accessible during your stay. The additional small guesthouse consists of one room and a mezzanine sleeping space which you get to via a short ladder. This room is lockable. The guesthouse does not have its own bathroom, kitchen or electricity supply - if you wish to sleep with an electric blanket in the guesthouse, an extension lead will be provided from the shed into the guesthouse through the window. Otherwise we recommend you bring extra blankets to ensure you stay warm in the guesthouse. The main house has central heating, electricity and bathrooms and kitchen though and six sleeping spots, so you will be very comfortable here!!

Was sollen wir sagen: Es war einfach perfekt! Sauber, gemütlich, geschmackvoll - es war so schön! Das Haus von Klara und Dave ist ein altes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Es hat so viel Charme und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Am liebsten wären wir eigentlich für immer geblieben. Wir waren mit 3 Teenagern in Lomma und es war toll, dass jeder ein eigenes Zimmer haben konnte. Durch das Gartenhaus hatte unsere Tochter sogar ein eigenes Häuschen, was sie natürlich super fand. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, denn durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist man in kürzester Zeit in Malmö und Lund und sogar in Kopenhagen. Außerdem ist der Strand in Lomma sehr schön - aber der Garten und das Haus sind so toll, dass man einfach gar nicht mehr an den Strand gehen möchte. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Vi elskede Klara og Daves vidunderlige hus. Vi er en familie på 6 voksne, og vi var meget glade for vores skønne ferie sammen i huset, som levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Vi elskede alle huset, som har masser af sjæl og følelsen af at bo i et rigtigt hjem, hvor man kan mærke ejernes kærlighed til huset. Også den store dejlige have med mange frugt og bærbuske, krydderurter, blomster og smukke træer. Vi sov også skønt i det lille gæstehus, der bare er så stille og fint. Klara er en fantastisk vært og har været utrolig hjælpsom. Svarede hurtigt på vores spørgsmål og gjorde sit yderste for, at vi skulle få et fantastisk ophold. Vi var kede af at skulle hjem og vil elske at komme igen. Vi kan give den bedste anbefaling til Klara og Daves smukke hus tæt på Malmø.

This is a friendly neighbourhood!
It is free to park on our road outside our house and there is always plenty of space. The train station is a very short walk with regular trains to Malmö that take just 7 minutes. There are also bus stops very close by to get to Lund and the surrounding areas. The South Beach is 900m away and the harbour and North Beach are 1300m away. There are plenty of supermarkets pretty near, a coffee shop two minutes walk away plus a pizza restaurant near the train station. We are situated just a short from the harbour area of the town.

I am a super social person & we love having guests staying in our house when we are there and when we are away! Music is my work but also my biggest passion. When I don’t sing and write music I love doing sports like tennis, beach Volleyball, windsurfing and playing football. My new hobby is plants & gardening but as we have triplets (3 boys) there is not enough time to do everything that is on my Pinterest board but I will get there one day!
