The house was in good condition and well equipped -- especially the kitchen. The big bed can put together or separated. Internet was fast and reliable. There's tons of storage, fridge, pantry and freezer space. The washer and dryer work well, there's ample parking for one or tight parking for two cars. Allow 20 minutes to walk to the train station, the property is at the far outside of the 100% residential neighborhood it's located in. For what we paid during September it was a great value. I learned after booking we were expected to bring our own sheets and towels, so plan on that. The location information we were provided by the Denmark-based property management company was fine, but the key is kept in a lock-box (no-one would be meeting us at check-in) and the booking disclosure did not give the lock-box location -- which turned out to not be at all obvious (it's behind the house mounted to one of the posts holding up the outdoor awning). No shade on Novasol, (as I assume this was the property owner's doing) but there were internet-connected video cameras INSIDE THE HOUSE(!), which took me 2 days to notice and cover up. Yes, there were the usual disclosure stickers on the windows (facing outward) warning would-be burglars that the house was surveilled with cameras, but that notification leads one to assume that the cameras are aimed at the outside of the house. Honestly, I was so upset when I discovered them I considered filing a police complaint. This house as currently configured probably breaks Sweden's privacy laws. It should not be rented out again before, at minimum, amending the disclosures to renters and providing them a way to disable or cover the cameras during their stay. This review is my attempt to provide that notification in the event that Novosol doesn't step up. Now that you know, it shouldn't prevent you from renting the place, but if the booking documents still don't mention them, make sure you identify and cover them up when you arrive. Both are mounted where the wall meets the ceiling. One was in the living room aimed to see the living room itself + the door to the back yard. The other was in the vestibule connecting the bedroom, the larger bathroom and the dining area.
