We have stayed here twice while visiting our daughter at SFU. It’s close to campus & has plenty of room for additional family members. There were some issues that really should be addressed.The kitchen is really lacking in supplies. There are few dishes, exactly 6 of things, so you have to run the dishwasher constantly or wash by hand if you have 6 people. There were only 3 or 4 drinking glasses. A set of exactly 6 eating utensils & serving utensils are limited at best - no serving spoons. One dish towel was provided. No wine glasses or opener. No cutting board, measuring cups or spoons. Spices appear to be whatever others have left - no pepper. It wouldn’t take much to upgrade the supplies in the kitchen. Bath towels, similar to kitchen things, were lacking - one per person only. No remote for basement TV. Finally, the grass was knee high when we arrived & we were covered in ticks. Lastly, there was evidence of mice - when I packed our food to leave there was poop and a hole in a bag

Our stay was for Orthodox Easter. Mother nature did not agree and it rained most of the weekend. But the views of fog off the golf course and mountain across the street were amazing. It may have been ugly outside but the house was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed some time with family. We had an issue with the water heater and Jason came.over at night in the rain and fog to help.

Jason’s place was an exactly as described. Very clean and nicely set up. Convenient location. Was traveling with an elderly person so not having steps to get into the house was helpful. Jason was extremely quick to communicate and address any questions or issues we had. Would stay there again ..

We needed a place to stay for a family Holiday get together. We needed it to sleep up to 8, be dog friendly and have more than 1 bathroom. Jason's place checked all the boxes. We didn't need to bring our dogs after all, just as we didn't need to use the sleep sofa in the basement, and Jason refunded the difference immediately. We didn't even expect that, we just wanted him to know so there were no special preparations needed
