James’s house is beautiful in a beautiful setting. We were well cared for and all our needs were anticipated quite well. I would book here again.

James (Jim) is a wonderful host! He is very friendly, accommodating and easy going. He is also a fellow Airbnb traveler and stays at Airbnb places around the world. His home is a quiet oasis with beautiful nature all around. The road to get to the place is very rural, and the driveway is long, but you get to a safe, and beautiful place after few minutes of driving from 81. Hot tub is a added luxury, and the deck is sunny and spacious. A great and cost effective place overall! We will surely visit again. Thank you James!

This place was very private, off the beaten road. Host was super friendly and even offered to cook for us. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub even at 36 degrees outside and slightly snowing. The stars shown so brightly there. Really nice place to stay hope to come back again.

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay with Jim and enjoyed getting to chat with him and explore his beautiful property! We’re definitely hoping to be back for another visit sometime in the future!
