What a beautiful home! Perfectly decorated, didn't give off that clinical vibe like most places and wasn't over done like you are staying in someone else's space. I felt at peace and right at home. The hot tub was a big plus! It was hot, clean and ready to go! I have stayed at many places where that wasn't the case. The area was quiet and full of nice neighbors. 10/10 will stay here again next time im in town ❤️

This beautiful home and location was amazing!! We had a group of military friends from all over the US fly in for a wedding and this house was the perfect size!! The home hosted 8 adults and each of us had enough privacy to sleep but able to enjoy each others company for meals and relaxing out by the pool. The home was clean and smelled lovely upon arrival! There were plenty of clean linens and dishes for all of us to use. Thank you Nick and Karen for an amazing stay in Little Elm! All of the attention to detail in your home to provide a welcoming environment did not go unnoticed! This home will be at the top of our list the next time we vacation in TX!

We all loved the place so much! it was so clean and accessible, and I especially loved the backyard! My family was there every morning enjoying the nice spring weather and rays of sunshine. Would highly recommend this place for staying!

Fantastic place to stay. The home is very clean, spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen has a good layout, and there is lots to do in the back yard. Saw the 2024 eclipse just outside the gate and had the entire park area to ourselves. Took at 6 mile run down the trail, kids played basket both on the court and on the arcade. Near a Kroeger grocery store and a neat liquor store (Goody, Goody). I used the office to get some work done, Wi-Fi was fast, both the pool and hot-tub were clean and easy to use. Had a family challenge on the put-put course, 5 strokes won the day! If I ever have to spend any time in northern Dallas/Denton with a larger group (8 people), this is where I would stay!
