Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans) : l'appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable. La terrasse est très spacieuse et permet de bien profiter de la superbe vue tout au long de la journée. Lors de notre passage les volets des chambres étaient en panne mais celà est en cours de réparation. Le sentier littoral est à deux pas et le centre du Cap d'Ail à 10-15 minutes à pied.

We have enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment- Karine our host was super helpful, friendly & efficient with great communication when we needed a little advice on travelling around the area. There are many steps all around & steep slopes & restaurants are not on the doorstep so good planning is needed. The apartment views are gorgeous. The bus system for getting around was very good value. Thank you very much for your hospitality Karine. 😊😊😊

Nice apartment, although by no means new. Slight difficulty with check in as host was working. Difficulty with lock accessing apartment. I was attending a conference in Monaco and transport in and out was difficult... paths not all suitable for walking (and approx 50 min walk), taxis from monaco wouldn't collect given apt is in Cap d'Ail in France and French taxi company charged 90 Euro to take us to monaco which seems outrageous. Car parking is difficult in Monaco so all in all, it would be better to be based in Monaco.

Wonderfully modern, well kept apartment with an exquisite view! Karine had everything that you could ever need to make you feel like you were at home. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, with lots of natural light. The bonus is the beautiful spacious terrace, (rare) that you won’t find very often. This apartment is private, yet not too far from the amenities. Just about a 20 minute walk to Monaco. Great communication. Will be recommending her apartment to all my friends. Would definitely come back again!!
