Welcome to Le Vert, one of our four charming A-Frame bungalows nestled on 40 acres in the Northern Black Hills, located just five minutes from Spearfish, SD! Our bungalows are located at Aspen Acres, a shared property with our wedding venue, The Barn at Aspen Acres. Le Vert is rented as a full house, sleeping up to 8 guests. We are so excited to have you as our guest, and want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible! The modern, inviting design of this loft-style bungalow offers one king-size bedroom upstairs, along with a private bathroom and sofa bed. On the main floor you will find one king-size bedroom and one queen-size bedroom, along with another private bathroom. This bungalow is fully furnished with hotel-style lodging, which includes bedding, towels, shower products, a fully stock kitchen, TV, and more.

Beautiful property with great views. Peaceful and private location, close to town. Great place for the family to stay on vacation.
Love love loved the A-frame! Great location in-between Spearfish and Belle Fourche. Easy to get to and from everywhere! I will say if you aren't wanting mud or a dirty floor, don't visit in the winter. There was almost too much mud. The gravel that was put down only is a small amount and it seemed as though our shoes were completely covered in mud the whole time. Which then got to our cars and we did the absolute best we could to keep the inside clean. There was just too much mud to not have any go into the house at all! The interior was gorgeous, but there were a couple things that we noticed that there was not really any place that we could put our drinks or snacks if we were to watch a movie or TV. The bathroom showers also leaked out of the showers, so there was a consistent amount of us having to clean up water after a shower on the flooring of the bathroom. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place! It fit 7 of us PERFECTLY! We couldn't have asked for a better stay/location!
Spectacular views, private and very modern.
This was a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. We got to stay here for the night of our wedding and the peace and serenity from this beautiful bungalow was the perfect way to wake up the day after.

The A-Frame bungalow has amazing views of the surrounding well named-peaks in the area as well as picture perfect views of sunrise and sunset. We are located on a shared property with our wedding venue, The Barn at Aspen Acres, and 2 other overnight bungalows.
Take Exit 10 off of I-90 toward Belle Fouche. Turn North on Highway 85, and continue for 3 miles. Turn onto Kellem Lane, by North Point Church. You will continue for .25 mile on a gravel road before reaching the Aspen Acres Property. There is signage to help direct guests to their final destination as well as two parking spots available for guests of Le Vert to park.

Hi! We are a small business located in South Dakota. Together my husband and I started Aspen Acres in 2019 when we built The Barn at Aspen Acres--a large, modern wedding venue. In 2023, we expanded our business to accommodate overnight guests in the Black Hills by building the A-Frames available for Black Hills vacationers, road trippers, family reunions, Barn wedding guests, and more. We can't wait to accommodate and serve you!
