This room has the best views in the house with large picture windows and attached upstairs covered patio. 3- Bedroom 3- Second floor "Green Room" has one queen bed with attached bathroom. This room has no windows and is great for sleeping! 4- Bedroom 4- Second floor "Queen Room" has two queen beds with attached bathroom. Large walk-in closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share joining Jack and Jill shower. The real bonus to this property is the large outdoor spaces. The massive deck equipped with two boat slips underneath available for guests to use. The ample deck space boasts a large dining table with seating for ten for outdoor meals. Four chaise lounges await guests to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the view. Patio umbrellas are available for guests who prefer some shade on the deck. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. The covered patio area has a comfortable cushioned couch and love seat for guests to unwind and hang out.
