Incredibly beautiful and off the beaten path house. Perfect to get away from it all and have your little corner on the peninsula. The location is not close to grocery so make sure you come with what you need and we were glad to have an SUV to access the house road. Leticia was amazing and quick to response and help! Make sure to be familiar with how to turn the hot water propane tank on and which keys work which gate. Again, super accommodating and great spot. Would recommend

During our month-long rental, we had frequent disruptions in electrical, water, and internet services, some lasting many hours. Water supply issues, initially blamed on us, were caused by a recurring air/water leaking into the lines. The provided space heater only heated the bedroom, leaving the rest of the unit chilly until the afternoon (March). There was a lack of information about utilities and service expectations from the host, leading to approximately 130 messages from the host addressing topics ad hoc, from clothes washer use to purging plumbing lines to opening the road's gate for which the host had lost the keys. After leaving, the host claimed missing items we did not take and simultaneously inquired, demanded reimbursement, and escalated to Airbnb. I regret not establishing firmer communication boundaries by following AirBnb’s advice to only use the platform app for communications; the host had a strong preference for personal texts.

La casa es tal cual las fotos, y la vista es espectacular, vale mil la pena el lugar, la comunicación con Lety fue excelente, pasaron algunos detalles pero de inmediato ella los solucionaba. Sin duda volveremos a quedarnos en el lugar la siguiente vez que vayamos para allá, muchas gracias por todo Lety.

Letty is an amazing host! Her home was beautiful and she is making amazing upgrades in the near future to make it even better!!! The view is breathtaking ❤️ The home is new and pristine. Letty is very communicative and responds to any question you have almost immediately. We will definitely return and are already looking forward to it!
