When we first arrived, I must admit I was not excited about the location. I thought it was more secluded. However, never once do we see anyone other than the deer that came to sleep next to the camper every night. That I think, was the biggest treat. Kaitlyn was very response to questions and honestly the location turned out to be perfect. It was so close to town, everything just worked out perfect. I would recommend this place again.

The guidebook in the RV needs updating, none of the information is the same at all. None of the doors actually close. The place was dirty and scuffed with a cobweb on the ceiling. There were ants everywhere. The host was extremely responsive to my bringing up issues and solved the problem with the water heater within the hour. I just wonder what the astronomical cleaning fee is going toward when the place is still dirty? It's not the maintenance of the aging RV.

We stayed here for our anniversary and everything was great at first. There were some very short and sheer curtains that “covered” the slider. Nothing major. On our second or third night, we were woken up by the carbon monoxide/gas detector. It’s important to note that we are from Florida and had never even seen one of these. Let alone knew how it worked. It was something dreadfully cold like 9 degrees and we had the door open to air it out while we waited. I contacted the host via text and she was very unhelpful. She advised that we just take the battery out to stop the alarm. I asked her to make our situation a priority because we didn’t know if it was safe. We didn’t hear back for several hours. Then on our 4th night the pipes froze and took until 2 pm to even be looked at. The host did issue us a refund for the remaining days and offer to price adjust another place for us but there had just been too much that had already happened.
