Michael’s place was very beautiful inside and out. Michael was very quick to respond to any questions I had and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The neighborhood is up and coming, but to clarify, we had no issues with the neighbors at all.

Nice clean place on the inside and out and the host (Michael) was very kind and helpful, but that is where it stops. It's as if this place was dropped in completely the wrong neighborhood. Neighbors across the street and to the side of the house as well as a few others have no concept of time and consideration. Lots of cursing, fighting, and extremely loud music. I so want the host to get more business but this is the truth about their location.

The house was immaculate in terms of furniture and cleanliness! We didn’t have any issues with the location, as we saw the description in the booking. Our group would absolutely stay again.

Michael was a great host. Nice, clean place. Recommended to read the full location details, as the location is a very rough neighborhood, but the neighbors were not a problem at all. We would have felt more comfortable with the location after reading the full location description about the neighbors. Overall good value and we'd come back. Thanks!
