To the right of the property is a woodland garden and parents with young children should be aware that this includes a gully with a small burn running down towards the Tweed. This is lined with mature trees which screen the house from the working farm. Accessed from the kitchen is a terrace with outside dining table and chairs (seats 8) and barbecue. PARKING There is a spacious parking area to the front of the property. BABIES & CHILDREN A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. Dogs must be kept to the ground floor and are not allowed on the furniture. GUEST AMENITIES Luxurious bed linen and towels are provided. Hairdryers are provided in bedrooms one and two. Hand soap is provided. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE Wi-Fi is provided. The speed is fine for standard use but not suitable for streaming. Mobile reception is patchy on some networks. Vodafone offers the best coverage. HEATING There is oil central heating throughout. GUEST PRIVACY Immediately to the rear of the property are stone steadings which are not for guest use. Beyond the steadings is a range of barns used for storage rather than livestock, which do not belong to the owner and are not available for guest use.
