Dawn’s place was incredible: safe and accessible location, accurately described, and the fenced in yard was a lovely touch for my young pup. There were a couple of bums with the check in, but Dawn was incredibly empathetic and dedicated to rectifying the technical issues. Would stay here over and over again. Loved it!

We are repeat guest for a simple reason. Dawn is a great host and her apartment is terrific and a wonderful value. The apartment is small but very well laid out so if feels bigger. It come well stock with everything you need during your stay and perhaps best of all, it is very clean and alway ready for guests to settle right in. We’ve rented here before and I’m sure we will rent again.

Dawn is the actual nicest person you will ever meet. Super friendly, kind, loves animals and is always willing to go the extra mile. I loved Dawn, and we will be lifelong friends. Definitely recommend Dawn’s place to others. Very quiet, private and clean. Would definitely stay here again! We love Dawn! ❤️❤️❤️

Dawn was a wonderful host! We stayed in her apartment for a week while visiting my sister and her family. I was able to work comfortably from the apartment and it was walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Dawn’s attention to detail was amazing! From the coffee, toiletries, blankets, towels, to the beds, we we had everything we needed to feel right at home! I will definitely be staying with her again the next time I come to town.
