What an adorable place! It had everything one would need. I drove up from SC and brought a few things that never left my car. Karen was the nicest host and could not have more accommodating!! The bed was super comfortable, washer/dryer a huge plus! The kitchen had a cute bar where I was able to work while looking out to the water. The Backyard was a slice of paradise with a great water view. I loved sitting out with coffee in the mornings. Local restaurants were amazing and very close. It was rainy and chilly so did not get to do the beach or ferry over to the city but look forward to another visit! Thank you Karen!!

We stayed at Karen's place in December 2023 during Christmas. We loved it so much we came back for a second time. Very warm and cozy place so it feels like home. So nice of the host to leave us a bottle of wine & some snacks. We would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our week in Karen's very clean apartment. Even though she was out of town, she put us in touch with her competent and responsive property manager who was available if needed. We had pretty awful weather most of the week we were there and wish we could have enjoyed the lovely terrace and pool area. We never felt like we were in a basement unit. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom shower was great and the washer and dryer very convenient. We thought that all of the appliances were well maintained and above average quality. The furniture and decor are charming. We appreciated having a big screen smart tv with the ability to access many apps. The keypad entry was easy to use. We stayed for a week to visit family in the area and did not dine at any of the restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and wish that we could have met Karen. She is a indeed a SUPER HOST.

The place is cute and very clean. It was stocked with some of the essentials like coffee, etc.
