Probably the best deal you would get in Nadi for a modern three bedroom Apartment. 2 of the bedroom has king size bed while 1 closed bedroom has queen bed. Master bedroom has its private bath and there is a common bathroom as well. The place has a lounge, open dining and kitchen. Comes with cooking facilities. Appliances include rice cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle. Your family would be close to everything. 10 mins drive to Airport/Denarau, 2 mins to McDonalds, cinema, town. The Apartment is Unit 2, first unit on the right( next to entrance) on the ground floor or U8(third floor) in a 9 unit complex at 49 Kennedy Road, Martintar, Nadi. The common walkway for other tenants fall along if you're staying on ground floor.This is not an ultra luxury apartment but is quite modern and you'd definitely love it. Laundry area is open. You would have access to your own washing machine and a cloth hanging line. I stay and host Airbnb/host organised tours in/from the same building for my guests. I offer pickup from within Nadi Area or Airport/Denarau for $20. I could drive you and your family around as well.

Other than no towels and bath mats and matches avbl, apartment was excellent. Very clean and spacious and Rakshay and caretaker were very accommodating.
We spend 3 nights at Rakshay’s place. Enjoyed our stay, such great host. Location was safe with parking, walking distances to McDonalds and few kms to Denarau and Nadi Town centre.
It was good, Rakshay place is a walking distance to Maccas if you dont feel like cooking. He is a good host. The only challenge we had was hiring his car he didnt mention the AC doesnt work before he gave us so we can decide if we gonna use it or just get a taxi whenever we need it. We didnt mind at first in the morning but when it was mid day it was smoking hot and I tried to ask him and he kept saying its working, if it was working he would have ask to take a look at it but he didnt so I asked for a discount just to make it fair for us cos we didnt really use it and then he said his rate include pick up which he didnt mention before, we dont mind paying I dont just like it when people give wrong info and then dont try to help fix the problem and just expect you to go with the flow and still charge you the same - thats not customer service - so overall the accommodation is nice and clean and check in went well, perfect location as well just hope Rakshay can fix his car to give him⭐️

Our place is located in Martintar by the roadside, busy area. There is a fuel bowser, McDonalds, local villages within minutes of walk. You could reach to the Nadi Town Centre or RB Patel Jetpoint (has grocery store, cinemas, restaurants, ATM's, doctor, pharmacy, pubs etc), Wailoaloa Beach within 2 minute drive.
If you are a tourist and would want to explore place, I would suggest to you these places within the Western side of Fiji:
- Firstlanding Village in Lautoka ($10 entry fee PP)
- Sleeping Giants Gargen in Sabeto, Nadi ($25 entry fee PP)
- Mudpool in Sabeto, Nadi ($30 entry fee PP)
- Zipline in Sabeto (Approx $100 entry fee PP)
- Nadi Temple ($5 entry fee PP)
- Natadola Beach, Sigatoka
- Coral Coast beaches
- Trip to Nausori Highlands
You could either walk, catch a bus or a cab, or even hire my car tour service to go around the places. Parking is very convenient at almost all locations except town centre.
For people visiting iconic tourist areas as listed above, we could plan out set of activities for each day and work accordingly.
