Warme ontvangst met broodje en jam en zelfgebakken flapjacks. De locatie ziet er net zo goed uit aks op de foto's. De omgeving van bnb is fantastisch. Je kunt wandelen op hun terrein met de beroemde boshyacinten in overvloed. (in de lente) Buitenmeubilair volop aanwezig en comfortabel. Volop privacy en rust. De vogels fluiten overal. Absolute aanrader

The Pool Shed is absolutely perfect. From the second we arrived we were so wowed by the property that we booked again to return later in the year. Toby & Kate are wonderful hosts and have clearly spent a lot of time and effort getting the property to a very exacting standard. The upcycling of old farm materials is pure genius, eg old taps for coat hooks, a side board made from an old hay rack to name just two. Kate had made flapjacks for us which were both delicious and consumed very quickly!! Kate had also left a fresh sourdough loaf and some butter and jam. Both Toby & Kate were on hand if we needed anything and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. The setting is gorgeous, your main view is over the pool ( yours exclusively for the duration of your stay) and across the fields and woodland. There’s a pretty walk around the orchard and into the woodland with bluebells everywhere. It’s a gem of a place, we loved it, our dog loved it and we can’t wait to return.

What a place! Backing onto private woods, there was amazing walks from our doorstep - all to ourself! The Pool Shed had everything and more that we could have needed, fresh bread, milk and flapjacks were unexpected but such a nice touch. We were welcomed with a fire already burning too 🔥 Lots of amazing suggestions for walks and places to eat/drink as well. Thank you both for such an enjoyable short break, we’d recommend to any friends and family, as well as returning ourselves if ever looking for a staycation. p.s. don’t be fooled by ‘shed’ it’s more a ‘spacious luxury chalet’ with a massive pool! 😍

What a stunningly beautiful place, the attention to detail was amazing and the hosts very friendly but also allowed lots of privacy. A perfect location for anyone needing some peace, tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Everything about the pool shed is amazing. Toby and Kate made us feel more like friends than visitors and were so helpful. The location is beautiful and there is a sense of solitude and privacy that makes you feel instantly relaxed and at ease. The interior was exceptional with incredible attention to detail. To me it felt like it had been decorated by a professional interior decorator so Toby and Kate have a real knack of knowing what works. It was a bit cold for the pool on our stay but that didnt matter as we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, playing with the dogs and going for walks. I can't recommend this enough and we will certainly return if we find ourselves in the area again. Every now and again your stumble on a real gem with wonderful people. This was ours. Thank you so much from both of us, we will never forget our stay. J and M
