This is a lovely house on a small, well maintained and attractive development in a safe residential area within a few minutes walk of the Claremont shopping centre. The property is in excellent condition, fully equipped and attractively furnished and not lacking in any regard. If there is one small criticism it is that the small garden backs onto a minor residential road which carries light traffic at certain times of the day. It probably would not matter to most people but our home is very quiet and as a result we are hypersensitive to even a low level of noise.

Loved our stay at this great location in Cape Town. Newlands is a lovely area, stunning views and lots of great restaurants and little cafes. Sharon’s house was perfect for us and our 2 children. They had a very comfortable room each and the master bedroom was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed with high end linen. Bathrooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Check in was a breeze as the owner was there to meet us and show us around. The kitchen came with everything we needed, even a complimentary bottle of wine! We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and were very impressed with this one. Would definitely return.

Very comfortable stay. Sharon was very kind and accommodating and housekeeper Lovely was a gem! Very safe and secure setting and so convenient for cafes and shops all of which are a short walk away. Spotlessly clean and lovely comfortable beds. Thank you!

The house has 3 bed rooms with good beds and nice dark curtains. It was really well equipped including all cleaning products. It was very well decorated and we really felt at home. The position is close to Newlands village (with lots of restaurants) and Cavendish shopping centre which is a short walk away. Overall all good.
