Amenities: Our guests are provided with a map of the complex showing where everything is located within the complex, as well as a key fob that gives full access to all amenities at no additional cost. We cannot offer any refunds if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning, and we have no control over this. - Hot tub (open all year round) see above - if hot tub is closed for any reason during your stay due to unexpected reasons, we will not offer refunds. - Large gym with separate yoga and strength training areas, and connecting bathrooms/locker rooms - Arcade - Upscale Clubhouse w/ pool table, shuffle board table, kitchen & dining area, comfortable lounge area, and high speed WiFi - Pickle ball courts - Two different playground areas Sleeping: The main bed is king size with a brand new 12" hybrid innerspring mattress with cooling gel-infused memory foam, coupled with body-contouring pocketed coils for superior comfort. The living room area also has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. Note on the sleeper sofa - for anyone expecting to have the best night of sleep of their life on a sleeper sofa bed, let's be real (haha). Although they are brand new, and definitely better than many others, please remember that sleeper sofa beds are what they are, and to match your expectations accordingly. Bathroom: Full size shower with great water pressure and a wall mounted dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so no need to bring any of those soaps yourself. There will also be plenty of fresh clean bath towels, hand towels, make-up remover towels, and hand soap. Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and prepare your own meals. All cooking basics (cookware, dishes, silverware) along with stove, oven, and fridge are ready for you to use them. The kitchen island serves as both a counter and a dining table with counter height padded stools for sitting. WiFi/Designated Workspace: Free unlimited WiFi to stay connected throughout your stay. The network name and password will be provided. For traveling professionals working on the road, ethernet access is available and can plug directly into the router using an ethernet cable providing 1Gb high speed internet. TV: A Smart TV is mounted on the wall that gives access to all streaming services. Login credentials will not be provided for any streaming services, so you'll need to login to your own accounts. *Please read! This is one of eight (8) studio apartments we have here at Canyon Vista, all within the same secure hallway that only our guests have access to. All studio units are essentially the same, so we have used the same photos for each listing for right now.
