Great place with many bed rooms and beds. Multiple bathrooms with plenty of closet space in every room. Did not have any problems with the house other than the hot water in all bathrooms did not get hot. Maybe just a little lukewarm but barely that. It was a great location not too far from anywhere. Neighbors were welcoming. I wish the house was more modernized and up to date. The house did smell old and like wood. We opened the windows and smell went away.

As a fellow owner of an Airbnb I’m extremely sensitive to how important reviews are so it is with a heavy heart I feel I must leave this review. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. On our 3rd morning we woke to mice droppings all over the kitchen counters. They ate through our packaged baked goods. We found mouse traps in several places, so this was a known issue. This is an absolute health hazard to have a known rodent issue and a safety issue to have spring traps lying about. There are lots of electrical and lighting issues throughout the house. This home needs maintenance. Upon check-in we discovered flies, bees and ants in various rooms and the outdoor trash bins were overflowing with trash and recyclables laying on the ground all around the bins. The host was very responsive through the app to any questions or issues. However, the host was only partially effective in fully remediating the issues. The house is cute eclectic and nicely furnished.

We enjoyed staying at Fruwahs place. The home is beautiful with more than enough room for our family of 5 and family dog. We didn’t even use the basement area! Enjoyed being able to walk our dog along the sidewalks in the subdivision. Fruwah provided a nice coffee bar which was nice to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunroom overlooking the back yard. The beds were very comfortable.

We have stayed at a ton of Airbnbs and VRBOs over the past several years. I can honestly say, this is the most chic, stylish, fun-inspiring and peaceful places we have had the pleasure to stay in. It feels like you are staying in a very cool artist's home base, who is also an interior designer, but loves comfort and gorgeous outdoor surroundings as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable, towels fluffy, the outdoor spaces were inviting and the room with the piano and large windows is sumptuous. Took work calls in the larger room with the fireplace that leads to yet another patio. It was only three of us, so it was a lot of space-- but next time, we will include more family or friends to enjoy this true gem with us. Didn't want to leave!

Great place for a large group in the DC area. The dinner table and living rooms are large enough to accommodate group meals and activities. Also lots of parking. The house is close to a grocery store and Frank Pepe Pizzaria, which you have to try.
