Newly renovated and lovely riverfront townhouse in the heart of Old Town with breathtaking views of the Potomac River. The house is right across Founders Park and a block away from Oronoco Park. The water taxis to Georgetown, the DC Wharf and National Harbor and the charming restaurants and shops on King Street are a 5 minute walk away. Reagan National Airport is 10 minutes away and Downtown DC is 15 minutes away. This is a pleasant city escape with 3 reserved parking spaces. Ground floor: Parking garage. Bedroom with twin bed and pull out twin trundle bed, en suite bathroom and separate entrance. Another car can be parked in front of the garage. First Floor: Fully equipped Open Plan Kitchen with beautiful views of the river, Dining Table for 8, living room with TV, Wine Refrigerator. Outdoor Patio: Outdoor couches, Dining Table and Benches, Grill, Outdoor Heater for the colder months. Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen Bed and en suite bathroom with street view, Second Bedroom with Queen Bed and river views. Bathroom in the corridor. Third Floor: Common Area with river view, Loft style Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bathroom, Queen sized Sofa Bed, Washer/Dryer. Another reserved parking slot is available a 2 minute walk away at an offsite parking lot.

What an amazing and STUNNING home!!!! It was right across the street from Founders Park and we woke up every day to the view of the park and the water. Its also very close to King street and it's such a lovely walk to King Street. The house had everything we needed and more. Down from Cutlery, to cleaning supplies, to LOADS of extra linens and even soap. We had absolutely no trouble at all with this home. check in was easy and its only a 15 minute drive to DC. Its also very nearby the airport. This was a home that made me scream "I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!". Ginny and Leticia were also very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean and one of the best stocked homes. It was amazing to not have to purchase basic household items like hand soap, dishsoap, garbage bags, etc for the week! The hosts even supplied basic toiletries! The location was perfection! Easy walking to parks, restaurants, shops and public transportation! Quick commute into DC to see all the sights too! The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax for alone time and also to come together to eat meals and hang out. Our pup loved looking out the kitchen window, watching all the people and other dogs at the park across the street. We will definitely book this house again when we head back to the area!

The house was beautiful! 2 big rooms for gathering . Bright and clean! Great outdoor space that we actually were able to enjoy because of the late afternoon sun and the heat lamp. Location was so pretty with a park directly across the street, water views of the Potomac from the kitchen and upper hang out room. Lots of restaurants just a few blocks away and a pretty walk ( about a mile) thru Alexandria to the metro. Our host , Ginny responded immediately to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend a stay here!
