Spread across three floors, this welcoming holiday home has two large living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, six ensuite bedrooms, a separate family bathroom and a private courtyard. Whether you’re travelling with friends or family, Roslyn House will provide a comfortable base to explore Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire and the Yorkshire Dales. Roslyn House has two spacious living rooms where you can unwind during your stay. With comfy and spacious velvet sofas, both living rooms inside the property are lovely places to relax with your loved ones. You’ll also find a flat-screen Smart TV in one of the living rooms so you can keep up with your favourite shows throughout your stay. The immaculately presented kitchen includes a large oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher so you can cook easily during your stay. The roomy breakfast bar style dining area includes eight bar stools so you can sit back in comfort. Bright and colourful, the main dining room has a large wooden table where you can socialise and enjoy meals together. Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find two super-king size bedrooms and a king bedroom, all of which with ensuite bathrooms. Each with their individual colour schemes, all three bedrooms provide tranquil environments to enjoy a blissful night’s sleep. A separate family bathroom can also be found on the first floor. The space boasts a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, large vanity unit with a wash basin and a WC. Take the stairs up to the second floor and there are a further two double ensuite bedrooms and a king-size room with an ensuite. The outdoor space at Roslyn House includes a private, enclosed courtyard, perfect for letting your four-legged friends and little ones stretch their legs and enjoy the fresh North Yorkshire air. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
