It is an absolutely great place for both short and longer stays. The room is clean and light, equipped with everything one might need to feel at home, and offers a great deal of privacy as well. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking, so you can prepare your own meals. The location is very nice, as you have multiple shops and a big supermarket just around the corner, and the proximity of the metro station allows you to quickly and conveniently reach downtown. Gene is an amazing host, very welcoming, and is always in touch to help with any questions. Highly recommended! I really enjoyed my stay.

Really convenient location. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Only issue I had was noise, but I found earplugs to be an easy solution. Awesome hosts who were always very friendly and helpful. :)

Gene is an awesome person and a fantastic host. He's really nice, friendly, and caring. I had a great time during my one-month stay at his place, and I felt really comfortable and happy there. The place even has an air fryer, which made cooking super easy. I totally recommend this place without hesitation, not just because the host is great, but also because the location is really convenient.
