Pros: Host is responsive. Supported storing our baggage before checkin time and after checkout time. Wifi is good. Looks like the TV have configured with some OTT subscriptions already, though I am not 100% sure. Near to city centre, so we did not see any issue with travel/food delivery partners. Cons: Lots of amenities require maintenance. They are present but not in usable condition. Quality of provided drinking water can be improved. Mosquitoes. Water in the washrooms was over when some of us are in need of it. And we were asked to wait for 45 min. Looks like this place is frequently visited by bachelor groups. I would not suggest this for families.

Mrigank’s place is near the city centre as mentioned in the listing. However, the place needs maintenance. The aesthetics are good but they need immediate cleaning as there was dust all over the chandelier, in the sofa grooves and bedrooms. One of the bamboo hand-rest had chipped out which was quite unsafe. 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom, which should be clear in the listing. On the last day before we were checking out, water stopped by 8am and there was no way water could be reinstated until tanker would come. Lastly, I was told while booking that he has his own restaurant but when we reached there, we were told to do online orders for food. Deliveries for food would take minimum 50-60mins to get delivered, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, I would rate 3 stars because of location and prompt response.
