We really enjoyed our stay at William's condo. It was comfortable and clean, fully equipped, quiet, peaceful, . . . everything we were looking for! A gentle stroll took us across a little canal where we spotted turtles and herons, then to the beach with few other people in sight—even on a warm and sunny weekend. The few questions we had were quickly answered by William, who made everything a breeze. It was a wonderful experience and, in our opinion, a bargain! Thank you William!

This place was exactly as described. It was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance of the ocean, which was great for morning walks. The pool was fun for the kids. The only downside is you have to drive around the navy base to get groceries or coffee. My kids complained about the coffee shops being so far away, but the coffee maker worked just fine. I would most definitely stay here again.

This condo has many benefits. Access to the beach is easy and a very short walk. The condo is comfortable and the kitchen is one of the better stocked kitchens I have had at an Airbnb. My only complaint is the smell from both of the neighbors. One neighbor is an extreme smoker, so much so the that the bathroom always smelled like someone was smoking in it. It was worse if the light/fan was on, pulling in more smell. We all found it hard to sleep due to the fact that the bathroom smoke smell would permeate the back half of the condo, where the bedrooms are. The neighbor to other side uses some sort of Anise incense and I have never experienced such an intense smell. Both made sitting on the patio pretty unpleasant. Which is a shame because it could be a great patio and the view is lovely. If you aren't bothered by smells I would recommend staying here because it was otherwise a great place with plenty of space.
