Enjoy a lakeside cottage get-away on the Mississippi Lake. It's a convenient 5-10 minute drive to Carleton Place for restaurants or shopping. There's great swimming conditions, docks for boating, and beautiful sunsets. Our cozy cottage accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Backyard is full fenced. There's a BBQ and patio set, chairs, some outdoor toys, fishing equipment etc. We also have a kayak and floaties for use. Rock steps down to a dock, with a ladder for swimming access off the dock. The shoreline & lake bottom is sandy and gets deep fairly quick which makes it great for swimming and docking your boat.

Had very good communication with the host, Kendra who response our questions very quickly. The place has all basic needs we needed. For a cabinet, sounds good enough for staying a few day out off town.
From inquiring about the booking to checking out, Kendra has been our best experience yet on AirBnB . An absolutely beautiful hidden gem just west of Downtown Carleton place . Super friendly, phenomenal recommendations, super responsive and really clean . We will 110% be booking again if we find ourselves near Ottawa again!
A very cozy cottage right on the water. The dock is beautiful and has clear water for swimming. Kendra was super responsive and very friendly!
Awesome cozy Cottage! it's not new but that doesn't bug us at all ! The wifi worked great ! Had everything we needed with a wonderful view of the lake! Very quiet neighborhood and everyone's friendly! BBQ, fire pit, kayaks everything you need for a wonderful time at the lake ! about a 5-10 drive to the town of Carletons place where you have everything. Thank you for the stay Kendra !
