My husband and I stayed two nights. Good location for walking to local downtown restaurants and the waterfront trail. The loft is very large and comfortable. It was very clean and had some fun old fashioned games to play. The kitchen is well stocked, if you wish to cook. The host is very accommodating. A few things to note: to enter loft, you must walk up a steep staircase one flight. So if you have heavy luggage or with someone who has mobility issues, be aware. Also, parking is around back and you have to walk a short distance to get to your car. That said, if you park your car and you’re just going to walk around mostly during your trip, it’s fine. You can also do short-term metered parking on street in front to unload and load car or for easy access to entrance during daytime, etc. Overall, this location, and the layout of the loft would be great for a family to spread out, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and large kitchen, etc. We were happy with our stay.

Great spacious clean and well equipped airbnb Great location - walkable to everything you want and need Lots of amenities and board games, books and kitchen well equipped as well as bathrooms. Highly recommend

The loft is absolutely lovely! It is such a unique space. We loved the furnishings and the unique touches (like the board games). Felt right at home. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of unique shops and great restaurants within a five minute walk. The host was very proactive in getting information to us. Essentially answered our questions before we even needed to ask. Very clear vommunication. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay at this unique loft. Has a lot of charm and character. Right in the heart of restaurants and shops, close to the water. Host was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly.

One of the coolest places we’ve ever stayed. This place is HUGE and the photos do not do it justice. Beds were super comfortable, the place was extremely clean and the host was exceptionally friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to come back to Midland and stay here again. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here!
