Modern Comfort Meets Rustic Charm: Our brand-new cottage blends modern amenities with the warm charm of a traditional cottage, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Spacious Accommodations: With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates six guests. Enjoy restful nights and wake up to the sounds of the waves gently lapping against the shore. The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the other bedrooms have a double bed and a queen bed. Each bedroom is equipped with clothing storage. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels! Fully Equipped Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen features all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. From morning coffee to gourmet dinners, you'll find everything you need. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools. Entertainment and Connectivity: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with a flat-screen TV, board games, and a sound system to play your favourite tunes Outdoor Haven: Step outside to your private patio seating area and semi-private sandy beach with stunning views of the bay. Relax in the sun, savour al fresco meals, or gather around the fire pit for marshmallow toasting under the starlit sky. Water Adventures: As our valued guests, you'll have exclusive access to the breathtaking Grandview Beach, a semi-private oasis in Port McNicoll and only steps from the cottage. Grandview Beach offers a large sandy beach, picnic tables, a playground and various water activities, from swimming and kayaking to paddle boarding and fishing. Launch your watercraft from the local public docks and explore the bay's hidden treasures. There is also a canoe and a kayak available for guests to use in the summer. Scenic Exploration: Lace up your hiking or cycling boots and explore the scenic trails nearby, offering panoramic sights of Georgian Bay's rugged beauty. In the winter, bring your snowmobile or ice fishing gear and access the frozen lake directly in front of the cottage. Extras Parking for 3 cars in the driveway. There is an outdoor electrical outlet right beside the driveway in case you need to charge your electric vehicle. A BBQ to cook your favourite meals. Access to Grandview Beach is directly in front of the house where you will find a nice sandy beach, beautiful water, picnic tables and a children's playground. Living Room The open concept living room is filled with an abundance of natural light. Sink into the cozy couch and enjoy a movie night or play your favourite board game. The upper living area provides exceptional views of Georgian Bay and are sure to leave you in awe. Bathrooms Stay refreshed in our 2 clean and functional bathrooms. One bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink, and the other features a bathtub, toilet and sink. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and soap are provided. *Please note: This unit is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with a semi private beach shared with the neighbours. It is not suitable for large parties and is ideal for families and couples. Please ensure the volume is always kept at a reasonable level and turned down by 10 pm, specifically if you have music playing outside. The Beaches: The cottage is directly in front of Grandview Beach where you can enjoy a sandy beach, beautiful water and a children's playground. The cottage is also only a 10 minute walk to Patterson Park which has a picnic area, playground and access to the lake as well. Bring your water toys, water shoes and beach essentials and spend your days feeling like you are vacationing on a tropical island!
