Overall the experience was not a good one compared to some other places I’ve stayed. Started out with a cleanliness issue - the unit felt dusty, and the bathroom had soiled cleaning apparatus hanging in the shower. Yet the deal breaker was moldy dishes which I discovered the following morning. While the host was responsive to the issue and offered an alternative unit which was bigger for us to stay, the whole experience was simply not smooth. There was the hassle of packing up and moving, a parking fiasco with the guard complaining and insisting I had to move to a new parking (contrary to the host’s advice), and the new unit had its own cleanliness, electrical and plumbing problems. Overall the unit seems fine on the surface and in photos but once you stay the issues begin to appear. Some pluses include checking in and out was easy. The beds were ok comfortable. There is a good swimming pool for kids which is right outside the glass sliding doors but ppl outside can easily see in.

Upon entering, there were conflicting details between what the guard mentioned and the information provided by the owner. The guard mentioned that the place is allowing only one car to park, but the owner clarified that more than one car can use the visitor park. However, the guard claimed this rule was outdated, requiring additional cars to park outside at the shoulder of the road or pay RM30 per day for premium parking.During check-in after 3 pm, the house was still being cleaned, resulting in a bad smelly. The owner compensated with an extra hour for checkout. Facility issues included initially poor or no wifi until I complained and received different routers, after which it improved. The upstairs air conditioner was not well-maintained, frequently turning off with a blinking orange light, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken and urgently needs fixing.The units standout feature is its convenient on the same level as the pool and nice view
