Lovely home, perfect for friends weekend away and family weekends away. Amazing interior, very busy area in a great location. Close to beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. In the heart of the old town. Definitely recommend

The flat in the old town-Hastings is very beautiful. It's full of gorgeous things. The location is amazing - it's right on George street. It is a small flat - small kitchen, dining room has a very big table which is useful but also fills the room. The living room is long and narrow and again there is not much floor space. The stairs are quite steep. So with all that in mind I wouldn't say this is a flat for families with young kids. The big problem with this flat is the noise from the bar downstairs. I think it opened on our first night there. The music is very loud as the speakers are right at the top of their wall and so right under the floorboards. There doesn't seem to be very much insulation. It was very loud thudding music for three nights. Its a shame as everything else is really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hastings. The distance from the train station to the house is 15 mins walking but their is also a direct bus. The house is absolutely lovely with comfortable beds and furnishings, all the amenities I needed to enjoy my stay and keep my little one happy. We were walking distance from the beach, arcade, fair, and restaurants, bars and pubs, as well as the local supermarket, (so no need to stock up on food before you travel 😅) as well as the town and also a quirky quaint market with traditional sweet shops and souvenir shops that little ones will love to explore. Paul our host was absolutely lovely to deal with and had lots of recommendations on things I could do in the area. I would definitely stay again

A beautiful property, comfortable and luxurious. Great location, loads of restaurants, bars and shops and the sea is a stones throw. Thank you
