Kerstin is the most fantastic host we worked with and we look forward working with her again many time in the future. We booked the home for our clients that lost their home due to a fire. As soon as they move-in my client called and told me the place felt like a home and she couldn't ask for anything more than that.

An Idylllic Serene Oasis. From the moment I arrived, I was completely enchanted by the beauty and tranquility of this place. I can't even begin to express how much I loved it. The location is nothing short of magical. Surrounded by rolling hills that seem to stretch on forever, it offers a sense of peace and serenity that is truly unparalleled. The backyard is huge and resort-like, and the views are breathtaking. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The master bedroom is huge and has a tremendous "king of the hill" type view. The house has multiple spots for remote working. I loved the huge desk setup upstairs and would sometimes see a couple horses grazing beyond my monitor. That was a fun highlight of this property -- getting to see horses and alpacas in the distance. For those seeking a tranquil escape but still close to amenities and sightseeing (beaches, LA...), I wholeheartedly recommend it.

House is in a great location with wonderful views across the mountains, with awesome sunrises and sunsets every day. The infinity pool is lovely. There's plenty of space to sit out to watch humming birds, swallows and the horses and alpaca's roaming on the ranch next door. Kirsten was very responsive to our questions. Sadly, the house itself isn't as well maintained as it should be for the price. Carpets have stretched, look unsightly and could do with a deep clean. The old vinyl flooring in the kitchen and master bathroom toilet is grubby, stained and split in some places. It was disappointing to find the king size bed is actually in the smallest bedroom and not in the master bedroom. The master and the second bedroom have queen beds. There is a lot of clutter everywhere and some closets have so much in them they are unusable. The house is well-equipped and the furniture is all fine. Repainting, new flooring, and a deep clean would make this place worth every penny of the rent.

Wonderful home, spacious , lovely yard and very private. Nice neighborhood for walking. Kerstin was responsive to every inquiry and extremely helpful. I recommend this home for a long term stay.

Wonderful home! The pool is great, and the location is very nice. Kerstin was very responsive to all of my questions. Would stay here again.
