A nossa Penthouse inclui 2 quartos, das quais uma é uma suite com casa de banho completa e a outra tem uma casa de banho dedicada com duche na zona comum. No primeiro quarto temos uma cama king size (180x200cm) e no segundo quarto temos uma queen size (160x200), que pode ser preparada para ter duas camas de solteiro. Se for essa a sua preferência, por favor avise-nos no momento da reserva. Temos ainda uma sala de jantar e de estar espaçosa fiel às fotografias e uma cozinha completa. A varanda com vista para o mar também tem um confortável espaço de relaxamento.

We very much enjoyed this property. Unfortunately, it was a little to cool and windy to take advantage of the patio area, but the views were magnificent. While there were lots of restaurants nearby, the local spots near the ferry were more to our liking. We also appreciated the convenience of taking the ferry across to Belem and from there the public transport down to old town Lisbon. The unit itself was very comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Costa da Caparica is a stunning 26km coastline of glorious sandy beaches, powerful Atlantic waves and beautiful natural scenery, that extends along the western side of the Setubal Peninsula. The coastline is named after the largest town of the region, Costa da Caparica, which is a modern and lively resort town.
Free parking in front of the entrance. There is safe and modern public transportation by bus 24/7.
You can also get around trough taxi or Uber service, also available 24/7
The Lisbon internacional Airport is only 20 to 30 minutes distance by car from the residence in low traffic conditions. Trips to and from airport should be around 35€ (depending on luggage and time of day this may vary). Uber should be around 25€.
