Ileana was a very responsive and well prepared host. My mom stayed here while visiting me and I knew the location would be great for her for walkability and being a quiet space. The apartment was clean and loved the back deck morning moon and night! She was also completely accommodating when I needed to start the stay a day early! Thank you so much Ileana!

Ileana was great. Airbnb has yet to respond to my numerous requests for information and resolution. The overall experience was dreadful-due to AirBnB-not Ileana.

This is a great space with a free bus to the metro and lots of walkable options. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was everything she promised. I would stay again or recommend to friends.

The Little Blue Studio was just as described and was how it looked in the photos. Ileana was very responsive and clearly likes to take good care of the apt. The studio was very clean with a spacious couch and large walk in closet. Having a full size refrigerator and stove was a plus. The deck was a bonus and we used it quite a bit. The location is terrific! It is less than a 5 minute walk to a walking and biking trail that is right along the Potomac which in fact extends for miles. There is lots of green space to picnic and a volleyball court. You can walk to the popular King St along the walkway. Also, the studio was a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter and 12 minute walk to Trader Joe's. It was a bit farther to King St about 25 minutes. Check out the year round farmer's market every Saturday at Market Square on King St. In the other direction about a 5 minute walk is Vaso's Kitchen which was delicious with outside seating. We would definitely return without hesitation! Thank you Ileana
