Eric was the most communicative Airbnb host I’ve experienced. He went above and beyond to accommodate my family on our trip to DC. When we come back to visit we will be staying at his place.

My best experience ever! -Location is very safe, peaceful and quiet. -Host offered to grocery shop for me, as well as check for allergies, offered itinerary assistance and early check in. -Kids loved the arcade games, the pool table and the piano. -Parking was a breeze right in front of the house several spaces. -The Whole Foods and Harris teeter are right around the corner. -White House, museums and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive. -House is full of comfortable furniture, with an open concept. -The first floor had a full bedroom and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents who can’t go up stairs. -This was the perfect house for me.

Eric home makes me feel like "welcome come in have some me time",plenty of space,will equal for everyone and he is a very happy person we will stay here anytime.

Eric was a great host, he responded quickly to any question or request we had. the house was great for multiple people/ families, we could gather together or spread out as needed. bathrooms were clean, showers were good, beds and pillows were comfy. Living room and dining room furniture in good condition and clean. neighborhood was quiet and there was always parking in front of house. 5 minute drive to metro, 10 or 15 minute drive into the city. overall a great house and host. we would highly recommend both!!

An amazing experience. One of the best houses experience with Airbnb. We stayed for a bachelorette party and everyone felt safe and comfortable, and happy with all the bathrooms! Eric was amazingly helpful and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend! Definitely booking again the next time I’m in DC!
