Amazing place. We would certainly stay again. Clean and efficient, this home had everything we needed. 5 stars across the board for me and the guess. Book ASAP!

Ryan was very responsive when it came to checking in. However, the place is only a 2 bedroom. There are multiple big water stains in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The shower lining was dirty. It’s cracks in the wall. Some of the glass tables/dressers have cracks in them. The king size bed is a pull out bed. Overall the downstairs is decent. Upstairs is where I encountered my issues. Once I addressed those issues to Ryan that’s where the problem came in. Instead of him addressing the problems he tried using his other customers experiences as to why I’m “lying” about mine. I was also told I should’ve done my research when it comes to it being a 2 bedroom when it clearly states it’s a 3 bedroom. Me addressing those situations turned into him saying he will call the cops on me and calling me a criminal due to me wanting a partial refund. He was very rude and unprofessional after bringing those problems to his attention.

Ryan was responsive and helpful. His house was very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. Location didn’t feel very safe especially at night, but we didn’t encountered any issues at all. Very short drive to the city. My family and I had a great visit to Washington.
