Welcome to Disegno Penthouse with a breathtaking rooftop swimming pool! Located 1 km from the city center, this spacious and modern apartment is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a one-of-a-kind experience. The main entrance is a few steps next to the parking place. Living Space & Kitchen As you step inside the apartment, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living area with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The open-plan design flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a delicious meal. The dining table next to the kitchen can also be used as a desk, offering high-speed internet connection (100mb/s). The property has been built in 2023 and has 60 m2 of inner space, as well as 20 m2 of balconies, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a 40'' smart TV. It's an ideal choice for those who want to be close to the sandy beaches of Chania West coastline, yet still in the heart of the charming city of Chania and the famous old venetian harbor. Loved our brief stay here.. so beautiful and comfortable.. A longer stay would have allowed us to really take advantage of all the apartments features, including the pool and patio… Georgios and his staff were great in helping us get to our place, had all of the instructions ready to send when we knew we weren’t gonna be able to arrive until late at night. I was a little surprised about the neighborhood (maybe expecting something a little nicer(?)), but it ended up being a great location. Parking worked out great and loved staying there!

The flat was excellent and the host was fantastic. The accommodation is very well appointed and modern with breathtaking views of the White Mountains, and the pool is the cherry on top! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a luxurious retreat close to the heart of Chania.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The area is brilliant for access to chania which took us about 20 mins on foot. Fabulous all round. Really good checkin and communication throughout. Thank you so much

Disegno Penthouse was a wonderful apartment to relax in and use as a base for exploring beautiful Chania. Unfortunately, because I didn’t have a car and many of the tours were unavailable, due to the time of year, I was a little restricted. The positive however, was that this beautifully appointed apartment was always great to return to after a long day of walking. Highly recommend. Thank you to George who always responded promptly to any queries I had.

The neighbourhood
If you're a beach lover, Disegno Residence is a great choice, located just 1km from Nea Chora Beach, which is the closest beach to Chania city center. There's a wide choice of places to eat, drink and shop both on the seafront and in the city of Chania. Whether you choose to dine at a waterfront restaurant or opt for an authentic family-run taverna in the city, you'll be spoilt for your choice! The picturesque city of Chania has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in both the old town and harbor, which is less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment.

Local markets & Shopping
In less than 150m from the property, there's a super market for those daily essentials, as well as a pharmacy, several restaurants and coffee places. Every Saturday, in the city of Chania, there is a market where you can pick up fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the local yogurts and cheese. The old town has a mix of shops ranging from a bootmaker to boutique clothing.

Bars & Restaurants
You'll be spoilt for choice on where to eat in Chania old town. There are several tavernas that sell the local food such as Beef Stifado and Lamp Kleftiko. If you prefer fish, there are some waterfront tavernas with a view at the lighthouse of Chania old port. Or why not put on your dancing shoes and head to one of the many nightclubs or cocktail and music bars?
Family fun
For some fun in the sun, especially when the coastline close to the apartment is wavy, Limnoupolis Waterpark offers a great adventure for the whole family! About 20 minutes drive from the apartment, Limnoupolis with its waterslides for the energetic and the lazy river for the more laid-back members of the group can provide with moments of joy all the members of your company.

Places of Interest
The city of Chania is not to be missed! The Venetian Harbor is fringed with restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great place to rest after a day exploring the maze of alleys in the old town of Chania.
If you head east of Chania you will find the Samaria Gorge that worths a visit. This is Europe's longest gorge, about 5 hours hiking - so be prepared to be wowed!
