The apartment in Buffalo is excellent value . It’s comfortable, well looked after , has everything you need if you wish to self cater and offers a very good base from which to explore the area. In the immediate locality there are easily accessible restaurants and shops . Nick was an excellent host providing good clear information and making his availability to you if needed clear whilst at the same time letting you get on with your own plans. All in all very good value and highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit the area.

If you want to visit Buffalo and Niagara Falls, you must stay in Nick’s place. Great place, clean, comfortable, complete and close to everything. Nick also was a great host, attentive to every detail. I strongly recommend this place. I am pretty sure I will be back!!

Had an amazing stay at Nick’s place. It was larger than expected and the bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. (Linens and bathrooms are always a factor in my choice of stay and he was pristine). He was also super helpful with local recommendations and even let us borrow some outdoor chairs to use while on our excursions. Parking in Buffalo is sometimes hard, but there seemed to always be a spot on his street not far from the house. It’s an older house and thin walls, but always quiet at night. So charming and well updated with lots of space and amenities for a family to easily enjoy and be comfortable in. Thanks Nick!
