Open plan kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining with reverse cycle air-conditioning, lounge with tv/dvd. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath and separate w/c. Covered outdoor area, weber q and outdoor setting, fully fenced back yard, plenty of room for parking and the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - single, bed 4 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No washing machine. No smoking inside PLEASE NOTE: There is a $300 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. You will need to Contact the Host directly to pay this, if you make no contact from the guest, then Staff will phone you for payment. Bond may increase during peak season Dog friendly - $100 pet bond applies - secure fenced area - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.
