Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, laundry trough. Large front deck with outdoor setting, 2 seater lounge with 2 single chairs and coffee table, hooded BBQ. Outdoor fire pit. Lawned area. Fish cleaning facility Shed is available for guest use and includes a breakout/games area with a basic kitchenette, table tennis table, dart board plus a lounge and seating area also a second functioning bathroom/toilet (especially for sandy kids!) Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 singles Pillows and quilts/covers provided for all beds. Linen and towels are provided at no charge for bedroom 1 (queen). Linen and towels for bedroom 2 (double) and bedroom 3 (2 x single beds) can be provided at an additional cost of $30 per bed. Please note your requirements in your booking, or contact office staff to make this request and it will be added manually to your booking. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your own linen (pillow cases, top and bottom sheets and towels) for bedrooms 2 and 3. Hardwicke Bay is a small beachside settlement with beautiful beaches, reef and rockpools. No smoking inside Dogs allowed - Property is fully fenced - please note front fencing is rural wire fenced. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $300 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. You will need to Contact the Host directly to pay this, if you make no contact from the guest, then Staff will phone you for payment.
