Sara was an amazing host and this place was an awesome destination for our company retreat. The house is spacious and the grounds are very peaceful. Sara helped us arrange for a private chef to cook dinner which was amazing! All in all, I highly recommend!!

Absolutely Magical Experience! Our stay at SummerHill at Grand Lake was nothing short of phenomenal. The grounds offered not just one, but two beautiful houses, each brimming with amenities and thoughtful touches like welcome gifts. There is also a pool house with a bedroom and a kitchen. The bigger house had a nice gym and an extra kitchen and laundry room. The property itself was a natural sanctuary. Winding wooden paths led us through scenic beauty. We were delighted to encounter a variety of wildlife, including frequent visits from deer, which added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. While we didn't take advantage of boating to the dock our kids enjoyed fishing and playing in the water. Sara has truly thought of everything, from kitchen gadgets to bathroom essentials, making the stay incredibly comfortable. Our only regret is having to leave. Most of our guests are already planning their return visit, and we can't blame them. A must-visit, 5 stars all the way!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. The pool house and barn house gave 2 of the couples (my children and spouses) their privacy and quiet time away from their niece and nephews, while the main house was just what we needed for the other 5 adults and 3 children. We all enjoyed the main house for meals and time together playing games/cards and being together in the kitchen!! Sara welcomed us bringing one of our dogs, provided a very sweet welcoming gift and was so responsive to questions prior to our trip and while we were there. This home and property met our family’s needs so well we hope to return someday and hope to be able to find other AirBNBs that can provide what this one did for us in our future travels. Sara extended our check out time & we didn’t realize how bad we would need that!!! Most AirBNBs have clean up expectations that are extensive, but Sara only suggested. We did clean up after ourselves, but appreciated knowing it wasn’t expected & it helped!
