This refurbished Barn is a great place for Weddings, Parties, Meetings, etc. Built in 1975 refurbished in 2023. This barn is great for an event. The wood on all the walls is refurbished from the property, with great set up of twinkley, bistro and pendant lights, with a stained concrete floor. This barn includes the use of the Cottage on the Waterfall. Due to the proximity, we want to make sure the Cottage does not get rented when the barn is getting used for a party. Barn space is perfect and beautiful for parties and gatherings. Currently: There is NO AC. We use fans inside the unit. Barn has Mens and Womans restrooms, prep area (eventually a kitchen)
